MINT MED, LLC (“MINT MED,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”) PROVIDES A PLATFORM TO CONNECT YOU WITH LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES OURSELVES NOR CREATE A PHYSICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU. MEDICAL SERVICES ARE DELIVERED BY INDEPENDENT, LICENSED PROVIDERS IN YOUR STATE THROUGH OUR NETWORK.
THESE SERVICES MAY NOT SUIT ALL MEDICAL NEEDS. FOR EMERGENCIES, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY—DO NOT USE THE SERVICES FOR URGENT CARE. MINT MED IS NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS OR INACTIONS BASED ON SERVICE USE.
ARBITRATION NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION FOR DISPUTES AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION (SEE SECTION 15).
Introduction
Mint Med operates www.mintmed.com (the “Website”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services, alongside our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Additional terms may apply to specific features—review and accept them as needed.
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. WE MAY UPDATE THESE TERMS AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
1. Services Overview and Eligibility
What We Offer:
Access to licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy services via telehealth.
Tools and information for health and wellness (not medical advice).
Administrative support for scheduling, payments, and communication.
Mint Med connects you with providers but doesn’t guarantee outcomes or endorse specific treatments. Always consult a qualified professional for medical advice.
Availability:
The Services are for U.S. residents only. Access from outside the U.S. is at your own risk and subject to local laws.
Eligibility:
You must be:
18 or older (some services may require 21+).
Located in a state where we operate.
Able to comply with these Terms.

2. Telehealth Services
We facilitate online visits with independent, state-licensed providers and mail-order pharmacy services via our platform. Telehealth uses electronic communication for consultations, not in-person care. Security measures protect your data, but no transmission is 100% secure—you accept this risk. Providers will seek your consent for telehealth services.
Mint Med is a platform, not a healthcare provider. You’re responsible for choosing your provider; we verify licenses but don’t guarantee their skills. Certify your state accurately—misrepresentation may lead to liability.
We don’t accept insurance; services are cash-pay only. You’re responsible for all costs, including third-party charges.
3. Registration and Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. Keep your information accurate and secure your login details. Notify us at support@mintmed.com of any unauthorized use. We’re not liable for losses from your failure to protect your account.
4. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data, incorporated here by reference.
5. Ownership and License
Mint Med owns the Services and their content (e.g., text, images). You get a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use them under these Terms. No other rights are granted. Trademarks remain ours—don’t use them without permission.
6. User Content
Content you submit (e.g., feedback, posts) becomes ours unless protected by privacy laws. We may use it for any purpose without compensation. Public posts are visible to others—Mint Med isn’t liable for their use. We may disclose content if legally required or to protect our rights.
7. Copyright Notices
We comply with the DMCA. To report infringement, contact support@mintmed.com with your signature, work details, location of issue, contact info, good-faith belief, and accuracy statement.
8. Restrictions
Don’t: impersonate, violate laws, reverse engineer, spread viruses, infringe rights, scrape data, sell Services, harm our reputation, harass providers, or bypass security. Violations may end your access.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are “as is.” We disclaim all warranties (e.g., fitness, accuracy). We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use, nor endorse providers/pharmacies. Use at your own risk—we’re not liable for reliance on content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed, Mint Med isn’t liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, injury) from Service use, even if warned. Total liability is capped at $100 or your 12-month payments, whichever is greater. Some states may limit this—those limits apply.
11. Indemnification
You’ll defend and indemnify Mint Med against claims from your unauthorized use, fraud, or Terms breaches, covering costs and fees.
12. Third-Party Links
We may link to third-party sites/services. We’re not responsible for their content or issues—use them at your risk.
13. Changes to Terms and Services
We may update Terms anytime—check back regularly. Changes apply upon posting unless law requires notice. Continued use means acceptance. Services may be modified or stopped without liability.
14. Payments
Pay all fees as presented. Prices may change. Authorize charges, including subscriptions, via your payment method. No refunds unless stated. You’re liable for all charges, even unauthorized ones if payment info isn’t updated. Subscriptions auto-renew—cancel per instructions provided at purchase.
15. Termination
These Terms last while you use the Services. You may stop anytime; we may terminate for any reason. Post-termination, key sections (e.g., Liability, Arbitration) survive. We may delete data per our policies unless legally required to retain it.
16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
- Law: Delaware law governs, ignoring conflicts.
- Arbitration: Disputes go to binding individual arbitration via AAA Rules, not courts, unless for small claims, IP, or injunctive relief. Start with a Notice to support@mintmed.com. Fees apply per AAA; we’ll cover yours under $10,000 unless frivolous. Hearings are at your billing address or online. Awards are final.
- Class Waiver: No class actions or consolidations.
- Time Limit: Claims must be filed within 1 year.
- Severability: Unenforceable parts are adjusted to intent; rest stands.
17. Communications
Opting into SMS or email means you accept unencrypted messages (e.g., orders, provider notes). You’re responsible for charges and delays. Opt out by texting “STOP” or emailing help@mintmed.com. Contact us for issues.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Mint Med, you agree to receive recurring autodialed marketing messages, including abandoned cart reminders and promotional texts, to the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
To unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at help@mintmed.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to SMS Terms
We may update our Mobile Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in our messaging program after any changes signifies your acceptance.
18. Miscellaneous
No waiver unless written. No agency exists. Violations may lead to injunctions. You can’t assign rights; we can. This is the full agreement, replacing prior ones.
